SO I WANT TO UPDATE MY CHARACTER

Great! The application doesn't have a section for canonpoints, so you can really just pick whichever one you want, but in the case of updating your character all you need to do is fill out this form and comment to this post with it. You will then receive a response with what ICly happens to your character when they leave and when they return. There's no set format for how they disappear and reappear because every circumstance is going to be different.

What you can count on is your character disappearing from this Earth for at least one IC day and they will not be hurt.

And canon updates can be to any point! Just remember to be aware that not everyone will be spoiled early on.
