during the events of the resident evil game moira's in, she has a virus in her bloodstream that reacts to her fear (and a bracelet that reflects this with different colours). later in the game, however, she overcomes this fear (as it was dependent on her fear of guns that she eventually defeats), and technically the virus shouldn't work on her anymore.

so my question is: would this virus react/change in this world? or would it just stay the same and lay dormant as it does by the end of the game?
