I WAS HOPING SOMEONE WOULD ASK ME ABOUT THIS.
Yes, you can eat the zombies. I'm not really familiar with Tokyo Ghoul anymore, but if you think it'd work out with how ghouls are, you're free to have him dislike the taste or get a bit sick from it. In general, eating a zombie is fine. Just gross.
